2.8. Supplements & Vitamins for Children - with Baba West's Leonora Bamford

After a bit of a break, Fiona is back and joined by half of Baba West's Leonora Bamford today, to discuss the vitamin and supplement industry for children.

Leonora founded parenting website mybaba.com after the birth of her first child. Now a mother of three and fellow Cotswolds-er, and over ten years on, the parenting and pregnancy blog has become one of the UK's leading destinations for mothers, and Leonora has teamed with the amazing midwife Zita West (if you have not heard of her, do google, she's wonderful) to create natural and effective supplements and probiotics for children and babies; Baba West.

I first came across Baba West when my daughter started eating solid foods at around 6 months, and I wanted a healthy and natural addition to her (sometimes not so) varied diet. I have been using the multivitamin and probiotic powder in her milk since, and have been supplementing her vitamin D with drops. I have been so impressed and have felt so safe with the products, I have been recommending them to every mom-friend I know! And so, am excited to be sharing the brand with the by Fiona Wood community too.
